Registration Information
To register for the conference, scroll down to the link for the registration form.You will be asked to agree with our Terms & Use Agreement and then forwarded on to the registration form. Fill in each blank on the registration form. Your registration is not complete until you press the "send registration" button and receive the "thank you for registering" page.
You may also print out the Conference brochure and mail in your form with the appropriate funds.
All attendees must mail in their conference fees upon registration. No credit cards accepted, all checks must be made payable to:

Commuter Rates |
For commuters not wishing to stay at the hotel during the conference,
commuters must register and will be charged the following rates:
Singles = $25.00 / person Couples = $40.00 / per couple Family = $50.00 / family |

*All 1-bedroom accommodations include a mini-fridge and microwave. Hilton hotel accommodations have a choice of king bed or double beds. 1-Bedroom Royale Palms style comes with a king bed only. 2 and 3 bedroom CONDO-STYLE have a FULL kitchen (including plates and silverware) and full-size washer and dryer, king-size bed, and double beds(only available in 2 & 3 Bedrooms) plus a sleeper sofa.
